The production of beer goes from waterjet technology
In the beer production, the liquid portion is separated from the solid by filtration in a filter vat, where the wort is pumped to the spent grain from the bottom. When all the juice was transferred, leaving the grains sedimenting on perforated false bottom, and then proceeds to filtration. To achieve a good level of clarity, the wort is recirculated several times.
