Slot Holes for stainless steel beer Filters
The production of beer goes from waterjet technology
In the beer production, the liquid portion is separated from the solid by filtration in a filter vat, where the wort is pumped to the spent grain from the bottom.
When all the juice was transferred, leaving the grains sedimenting on perforated false bottom, and then proceeds to filtration.
To achieve a good level of clarity, the wort is recirculated several times.

Gaudenzi filters with slot holes for the musts of beer are made with waterjet technology.
The waterjet cutting plane allows a 3000x4000 mm and differents cutting areas, it is possible to achieve 0.3 mm slot size.
