The production process Punching is the standard method for manufacturing perforated sheets; in case such working process cannot be applied, i.e. where the hole diameter is smaller than the plate thickness, it is possible to perforate the sheet by drilling or milling it.
Hole | There are
three types of hole that may result from a process of drilling:
-
Cylindrical -
Bi-cylindrical
-
Conical - Conical-Cylindrical

This technology allow perforation with small holes and pitches on materials whose thickness is bigger than 50 mm .
Materials| The materials that are commonly
worked with this technique are: Carbon steel, stainless steels, Hardox, titanium,
chromium-nickel alloys, aluminium , copper and the relevant alloys.

Finish | After the drilling process we can also carry out special surface finishings such as lapping, glazing, electro-polishing and washing in order to assure a perfect cleanness of the holes.
