Significant investments in recent years have been made to specialize the company’s production in the plastic sector. Gaudenzi, in particular, produces custom-made and designed discs for plastic extrusion machinery. The diameters of the discs vary from 320 to 690 millimeters, while the degree of filtration ranges from 60 microns to 2000 microns.

Our strengths are being able to guarantee a tolerance of 10 microns, ensuring the absence of burrs. Another strength is the metal sheet hardening treatments, which give greater durability to the products. Furthermore, metal sheet guarantees a high evacuation capacity, resulting in lower processing pressure and consequent lower wear of the machinery.

In recent years, Gaudenzi has been promoting new technologies in the plastics sector with various trade fairs around the world, as well as through web channels.
