Embossed metal sheet facade coating, Multisala Porto Astra Padua

The project:
Multisala Porto Astra is one of the main cinemas of the city of Padua. The venue is a modern structure fully coated with Gaudenzi weathering steel sheets. The complex is not only used as a cinema, but also for conventions and cultural events.

The Cor-Ten steel is treated with phosphorus, which transmits to the metal a high resistance from the attack of atmospheric agents (from 5 to 8 times higher than common carbon steel) and a higher mechanical strength.
